Fred has over 35 years of experience in underground operations in supervisory and management capacities. His work accomplishments include TBM tunnels, shaft sinking, ore pockets, grouting, shotcreting, driving raises, drifts, inclines, declines and rehabilitation projects. He also has considerable experience in cut and fill, block caving and shrink stope mining methods. In addition, his administrative responsibilities include hiring, planning, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, budgeting, cost control and safety training. |

Ray has an incredible 39 years of experience in all aspects of mine development and construction that he brings to the Thyssen Mining team. He has vast experience in shaft sinking, including grout covers, set-up and ground freezing. Development activities include roadheader excavation, conventional excavation and specialized ground support. |

Steve has 31 years of experience in shaft and tunneling development. He's experienced with robotic carriers, shotcrete setups and has a strong background in various ground support techniques as well as safety programs. |

Brian has over 18 years of underground mining experience with Thyssen Mining. His expertise includes various aspects of tunnelling, shaft sinking and underground construction. He is proficient in the use of conventional and mechanical drilling, mucking and ground support installation of both track and trackless mining. Brian has training as a Mine Rescuer and has a good understanding of safety on the job as reflected in his personal record of no LTA's. He has had supervisory roles as a Shiftboss, Mine Captain and Superintendent. |

Kevin has worked for Thyssen Mining for 20 years with 6 years in potash, 13 years in uranium mines and 1 year at a Hydro project. 9 of those years in Supervision overseeing constuction, mine development and production. He's currently working as Project Superintendent at the McArthur River Project. |

Silke has received her MSc in Mining Engineering. Her theoretical knowledge was enhanced by international work experiences on crew and in management. Examples are: Canadian diamonds, Australian hardcoal, German coal and potash mines. Highlights of her work covered blast design, production estimation, communication and emergency systems as well as mechanical improvement of mobile and longwall equipment. After university she worked in the wet mining sector supporting an equipment manufacturer in deepsea equipment design. |

Tim has been a Project Engineer for the past 2 years with Thyssen Mining. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering with 4 years of experience in the oilfield as a Field Engineer and 4 years in the mining industry on underground and surface projects. |

Eric has over 26 years of mechanical experience, with 15 of those years as a Master Mechanic. He has worked with a large variety of equipment in open pits, underground development, underground construction and shaft sinking projects. |

Val has been employed with Thyssen Mining for over 19 years and is presently responsible as the Safety / Training Officer at the Cigar Lake minesite. Val has worked in just about every aspect of mining from shaft sinking to drift mining, underground construction, ground freezing, safety and supervision. |

Beau has 7 years of experience as an electrician and safety coordinator in both production and mine construction. He is trained and certified in numerous applications, maintains a broad spectrum of related skills, including welding and equipment operation. He is also quite proficient in his ability to solve problems efficiently, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. |

John has over 18 years of underground experience, 11 of those years has been with Thyssen. He has worked overseas in Indonesia and Ireland. John has worked as an Alimak Raise Miner, Jumbo Man, Shift Boss and has currently holds the position of Safety / Trainer at Eagle Point since 2004. |

Bill has 25 years of mining experience in both potash and hard rock. Most of Bill`s experience is in lateral and stope development. He has been at Eagle Point since 2002 and is currently the Safety/ Training officer. |

Les has 40 years of mining experience in both potash and hard rock. Les has worked as an Alpine operator, in shaft work, L/H drilling and has extensive supervision experience. He spent 12 years at Cluff Lake before transferring to Eagle Point in 2002. |

Ron has over 25 years of mining experience in underground operations with 2 years open pit experience. Various mining methods work are track and rubber tire development, undercut and fill, block cave, room and pillar, TBM, mine rehabilitation bolt, wire and timber. MSHA certified instructor for surface and underground operations since 1991 and certified mine rescue instructor since 1996. Former EMT on the US national registry. |
